Prepara, Performance Chef’s Tools is an amazing collection of highly designed and engineered “kitchen helpers”.  The products have all been conceptualized by a high-profile design firm who invented “The Rabbit” wine opener and were the original designers for OXO.  The gadgets are being manufactured by our partner in Asia who is currently manufacturing several complex products.  The line officially launched in September of 2007 in Sur la Table and Neiman Marcus.
